  • Staffing: Our staffing solutions connect companies with highly skilled technology and engineering professionals for project-based, contract, or permanent roles.

  • Consulting: We provide strategic consulting in IT optimization, technology strategy, and process improvement.

  • Training :  we offer hands-on, industry-focused training programs in Web,AI and devops under GradCohort, a flagship brand of NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP,

4. Eligibility for Training Programs

 

  • Training programs under GradCohort, a flagship brand of NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP, are open to individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria as outlined in program descriptions on our website or materials.

5. Enrollment and Payment for Training

 

  • Enrollment in GradCohort, a flagship brand of NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP, training programs is subject to acceptance, and payment is due upon acceptance and before program commencement.

  • All training payments are non-refundable once the course begins.

6. IT Development Services Terms

 

  • Scope of Work: The scope of development services will be outlined in a project agreement signed by both parties. This document will detail deliverables, timelines, and fees.

  • Changes and Additional Work: Any changes to the scope of work may require a formal change order, which could involve additional fees and timeline adjustments.

  • Intellectual Property: Upon project completion and full payment, we transfer ownership of the final deliverables to the client, excluding any pre-existing proprietary technology and materials owned by NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP.

  • Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all project-related information and expect the same from the client.

7. Staffing Services Terms

 

  • Client Requirements: The client must provide accurate and complete job requirements and descriptions. NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP will source candidates based on the specifications provided.

  • Candidate Placement and Fees: Fees for staffing services are based on the agreed terms outlined in the placement agreement. Placement fees are typically invoiced once the candidate begins employment.

  • Replacement Policy: If a candidate leaves or is terminated within a specified period (outlined in the placement agreement), we will endeavor to find a replacement, subject to availability and specific terms.

  • Non-Solicitation: The client agrees not to directly solicit or hire candidates presented by NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP outside of our services for a specified period, as detailed in the placement agreement.

8. Refund Policy for Training Programs

 

  • For Trainig programs under GradCohort, a flagship brand of NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a program has commenced.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

  • NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and any damages will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

11. Governing Law
